Notice is hereby given that the electoral roll for election of member of the Gujarat Medical Coucil under clause (c) of sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Gujarat Medical Council Act, 1967, has been prepared in accordance with rule 4 of the Gujarat Medical Council Rules, 1969 and copies of the roll will be available for inspection at the office of the Council during office hours.

2. (a) Every claim inclusion of a name in the roll, or

(b) every objection-

(i) the inclusion of any other person`s name in the roll; or
(ii) to any praticluars in any entry in the roll ; shall be addressed to Registrar and shall be presented or sent by post to him at his office address referred to above so as to reach him on or before the ……………...
