Notice is hereby given to all persons whose names were names on a date prior to 1st May, 1961 entered in the register of medical practitioners duly kept under section 6 of the Bombay Medical Act,1912 as in force in the Bombay Area of the Gujarat State and continued in such register on the 30th April, 1968 that their names have been enterd in the register prepared under the Gujarat Medical Council Act, 1967 .Every such person is further informed that should pay to the undersigned a fee of oive rupees in cash or by money order or by crossed postal order within two months of date of this notice, if he desires to coninue his name in the register prepaed under the Gujarat Medical Council Act,1967.The names of all persons who fail to pay the fee within this period will be removed from the register in accordance with the provisioin clause (b) of sub-section (5) of section 16.
