APPEALS
1

Every appeal by a person aggrieved by any decision of the Registrar shall be addressed to the President, shall state the groundes for the appeal and shall be accompanied by all relevent documents in original which shall be returned along with the decision communicated under sub-rule (3).

2 The President may call for any additioanl particulars that may be required after going through the appeal,and original papers on which the Registrar has givin his decision.

The appeal shall be placed before the next ordinary meeting of the Council. The Council shall, after giving a hearing to the appellant and the Registrar,take a decision which shall be communicated to the appllant by registered post.
