MBBS Provisional Registration

1. All particulars shall be filled by the applicant only on online portal at www.gmconline.co.in Application has to create their account at https://gmconline.co.in/ for future reference.
2. Candidate has to create their user account on www.gmconline.co.in for registration process.
3. All particulars shall be filled by the applicant only on online portal www.gmconline.co.in
4. Upload MBBS Passing Certificate issued by concern university (if it is not mentioned in Marksheet)
5. Upload Internship order issued by dean of medical college (with starting & ending date)
6. 
   
   1. Upload Bonafide Certificate issued by College.
   2. Upload MBBS Course Recognition by NMC/MCI Certificate issued by College.
   3. Upload Attempt Certificate issued by College.
7. Upload Marriage Certificate / Government Gazette for Name or Surname Change / Affidavit.(If Applicable)
8. Upload Aadhaar Card.
9. In case of Internship transfer from parent medical college to other medical college of Gujarat.
   • NOC issued by the Dean of the concerned parent medical college.
   • Internship posting order from concerned parent medical college.
   • NOC issued by the Dean of the concerned joining medical college.
   • Internship posting order from concerned joining medical college(with starting date & ending date).

Important Notes

10. All particulars shall be filled by the applicant only.
11. Registration Fees of Rs. 250/- (Rupees Two Hundred Fifty Only), Online Charges of Rs. 700/- (Rupees Seven Hundred Only), candidate has to pay total Fees of Rs. 950/- by online payment only.
12. Penalty charges for Late Registration:
    • Period laps between the issue date of passed Marksheet of Final M.B.B.S Part 2 Examination and submission of application for provisional registration:
    • Up to 6 to 12 months : Rs.5000/-
    • Above 12 months : Rs.10,000/-
13. Provisional Registration Certificate will be sent by Gujarat Medical Council through Email.
