MBBS Permanent Registration

Passed from Gujarat State Institutions

  1. Candidate has to create their user account on www.gmconline.co.in for registration process.
  2. All particulars shall be filled by the applicant only on online portal www.gmconline.co.in
  3. Candidate has to bring Printout of physically signed Application form along with below mentioned documents in original & one Xerox copy
    • Print copy of Appointment details stating Payment Transaction ID number
    • Proof of Birth date (Any one of the following)
      • School Leaving Certificate
      • S.S.C. Certificate or H.S.C Mark sheet mentioning your Birth Date
      • Birth Certificate
    • Photo ID Proof (Any one of the Following)
      • Aadhar Card
      • Driving License
      • Passport
      • Pan card
    • Internship Completion Certificate or Passing Certificate issued by the concerned University
    • 12 Months Internship Completion Certificate issued by the Dean of Medical College
    • Provisional Registration Certificate issued by Gujarat Medical Council
    • M.B.B.S. Degree Certificate issued by concerned University (If less than six months Provisional Degree, after that permanent Degree)
    • MBBS Attempt certificate issued by Dean of Medical College
    • In case of change of name or surname Evidence required (Any one of the Following)
      • Gazette
      • Marriage Registration Certificate
      • Affidavit
    • Affidavit (if delay in registration is more than SIX MONTHS after completion of Internship Training) if more than six month Final Degree Required
    • Three Colour Passport Size Photographs duly signed by applicant on front side
  4. Total Payment of Rs. 1800/- is to be made through online payment Method.
  5. Penalty charges for Late Registration: -

    Period laps between the Internship Completion Date and submission of application for Permanent Registration: -

    Up to 06 to 12 months

    Rs. 5,000/-

    Above 12 months

    Rs. 10,000/-

  6. Certificate will be sent by Registered Post on the given address submitted by applicants Within 20 to 25 days

    • Registration Certificate issued by concerned State Medical Council
    • No Objection Certificate (NOC) is required to be produce from the Concerned State Medical Council (Fresh NOC)
    • In case of change of name or surname Evidence required (Any one of the Following)
      • Gazette
      • Marriage Registration Certificate
      • Affidavit
    • Three Colour Passport Size Photographs duly signed by applicant on front side
